Eligibility
International Applicants who meet requirements 1) or 2) before or upon university enrollment are eligible to apply. However, unusual cases and an applicant’s individual circumstances will be given consideration by the admissions committee.
Undergraduate Freshman Applicants
  • - Students who will have graduated high school prior to university enrollment and whose parents are both foreign nationals
Undergraduate Transfer Applicants
  • - Students whose parents are both foreign nationals and who have completed at least two years of a degree program at a four-year university (or completed college degree program)
  • ※ Students must have completed at least 50% of their previous program’s credits to qualify as a transfer student.
Graduate Program Applicants
  • - Students whose parents are both foreign nationals and who hold a Bachelor’s degree (and Master’s degree for Doctoral program applicants), or who are considered by the admission committee to have an acceptable intellectual competence at the level of someone holding an equivalent or higher degree.

Language Proficiency Requirement
  • ① Korean: TOPIK level 3  or Level 4 completion of SeoulTech Korean Language Program
  • ② English ( English Track )

  • ※ Only the applicants for the College of Art & Design or Programs & Majors in Graduate School of Art Graduate School of Engineering will be the exception of the language proficiency requirement.
  • ※ Applicants for Creative Writing are required TOPIK Level 6.
  • ※ Official Language Certificate should be submitted by application deadline.
  • ※ Students who do not meet the minimum requirements for Korean proficiency may be granted conditional admission. If granted conditional admission, the student will be required to enroll in a Korean language program and to receive a TOPIK Level 3 or complete Level 4 of SeoulTech Korean Language Program within a year. The Language program registration confirmation should be submitted after paying the tuition fee.
