Yes. As long as your bachelor's degree/high school diploma is conferred before the start of your intended first term at Seoul Tech, you are eligible for Seoul Tech International admission.
When you apply, you need to submit the most recent transcript and a certificate that proves your upcoming graduation.
If you are admitted, you have to verify the completion of your undergraduate/high school program within 15 days after their enrollment at Seoul Tech
예, 입학 접수할 때 최근의 성적증명서와 졸업예정증명서를 제출하면 됩니다. 합격자 발표하고 대학(원)에 입학한 후 15일 이내에 고등학교(또는 대학) 졸업 여부를 확인 제출합니다.
Yes. To apply for Seoul Tech, students should have TOPIK level 3 or above.(Applicants for Creative Writing are required to have TOPIK Level 6).
Only the applicants, Programs & Majors in Graduate School of Art ․ Graduate School of Engineering will be exempt from the language proficiency requirement.
If you want to apply for the English taught program, MSDE and ITM, you must submit the result of English proficiency tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, and TEPS instead of TOPIK result.

Students who do not meet the minimum requirements for Korean proficiency may be granted conditional admission. If granted conditional admission, the student will be required to enroll in a Korean language program and to receive a TOPIK Level 3 within a year. The Language program registration confirmation should be submitted after paying the tuition fee.

한국어능력 요건을 충족하지 못한 학생은 조건부 입학이 가능합니다. 조건부입학하려면 우리학교 한국어교육프로그램에 등록하고 납부 확인서를 입학 지원시 제출하고 조건부 입학후 1년이내에 TOPIK 3급을 받아 제출해야 합니다.

The depositor's name has to be under the applicant or one of his/her parent’s name.(For graduate applicants, their supervisor can also be their sponsor. In that case, the applicants must submit the letter of financial support from their supervisor instead the certificate of bank deposit.)

No, you can apply for SeoulTech even though you are not in Korea. You must prepare, however, all the required documents as their original versions and submit them by post
아니요. 한국에 거주하지 않아도 지원할 수 있습니다. 그러나 지원시 필요서류는 원본으로 준비하여 방문 또는 우편으로 제출해야 합니다.
Applicants must have held the citizenship of countries other than Korea. His/ her parents must hold the citizenship to that country as well. (Permanent resident card holders are not eligible to apply)
