Required Documents (Students who require a D-4 Visa)

1. A copy of the applicant's passport.
2. An original diploma (in Korean or English) from the applicant's most recently attended school.

   - Must be apostilled or certified by a consulate or embassy of the Republic of Korea.
3. An original academic transcript (in Korean or English) from the applicant's most recently attended school.

   - Must be apostilled or certified by a consulate or embassy of the Republic of Korea.
4. An original certified bank statement from the applicant's or a parent's account, showing a minimum balance of KRW 10,000,000.

   - Valid only if issued within 30 days of the application submission date.

    ※ For Uzbekistan: Must show a deposit held for more than 3 months at KDB Bank (Uzbekistan).
    ※ For Vietnam: Must show a deposit held for more than 3 months or Confirmation of Tuition Deposit.

    ※ For China: Must show a deposit frozen for more than 3 months.
5. A family relationship certificate
6. A copy of the applicant's national ID card.
7. A certificate of parent's income. - Valid only if issued within 30 days of the application submission date.

8. (Optional) Tuberculosis (TB) test result. - Required for dormitory applicants.
9. (Optional) Private insurance policy.

   - Required for those who do not wish to purchase SeoulTech's international student insurance (approx. KRW 70,000 for 6 months).

Important Notes
  • * All required documents must be submitted, and the application fee (KRW 50,000) must be paid into the designated account under the applicant's name by the document submission deadline.
  • * Depending on the country, a notarized guarantor certificate may be required (for certain countries only).
  • * If a guarantor certificate is required, the guarantor (Korean citizen) must visit a law office to obtain it.
  • * For applicants from China, a degree certification report issued by the Ministry of Education's Academic Degree Certification Center must be submitted (for those who obtained their degrees in China).

  • ※ Additional documents may be requested during the document review process, and once submitted, original documents will not be returned.
  • ※ If there is any discrepancy in the information provided on the application or supporting documents, the admission will be canceled, and the application fee (KRW 50,000) will not be refunded.
  • ※ Dormitory assignments will be made through a separate application process after the admission results are announced. Due to limited availability, not all applicants may be assigned a room.

 

 

Admission Process
Applicant submits application form and pay application fee
(KRW 50,000).
Applicant submits additional documents (if requested).
Applicant recevies screening process notification.
 Applicant pays tuition fee and submits original documents
(in person or via EMS).
SeoulTech verifies tuition fee payment and original documents (1-2 weeks).
SeoulTech issues tuition fee receipt and Certificate of Admission.
 Applicant applies for visa at a Korean consulate or embassy.
Applicant receives visa result and entry information.
Applicant arrives in Korea and begins classes.

 
Educational Expenses
Tuition Fees KRW 1,500,000 per term (10 weeks) - New students must register for more than 2 terms (4 terms depending on the document review results). Application Fee: 50,000 KRW (Non-refundable)

Cancellation Refunds
