Required Documents (Students who required a D-4 Visa)

1. Passport copy
2. Proof of highest level of education (notarized or apostilled)
3. Transcripts of highest level of education (notarized or apostilled)
4. Bank balance certificate (personal or parent's account, with a minimum of KRW 10,000,000)  * Only certificates issued within 30 days of the application date are valid
  ※ Uzbekistan: Bank balance certificate issued by a domestic financial institution (KDB Bank) with a minimum deposit of KRW 10,000,000 (balance must be maintained for at least 3 months)
  ※ Vietnam: Bank balance certificate with a minimum deposit of KRW 10,000,000 (balance must be maintained for at least 3 months) or Confirmation of Tuition Deposit.

  ※ China: Bank balance certificate with a minimum deposit of KRW 10,000,000 (deposit must be frozen for at least 3 months)
5. Family relationship certificate
6. Copy of national ID
7. Proof of parent's income (specifying income)  * Only certificates issued within 30 days of the application date are valid

8. (Optional) Tuberculosis (TB) certificate (for dormitory applicants)
9. (Optional) Insurance certificate (if not enrolled in the school's group insurance)
