홈 GLOBAL MOBILITY Inbound Overview

SeoulTech offers the following inbound programs:

 

  • Exchange Program: Students can enroll in up to six academic credit courses.
  • * Open to students enrolled at partner universities of SeoulTech.
  • * The Student Exchange Program at SeoulTech allows students from partner universities to pursue their studies for one or two semesters at SeoulTech.
  • * Students who are officially nominated by their home universities will have the opportunity to apply for the Student Exchange Program at SeoulTech.
  • * Tuition will be waived under the student exchange agreement.
  •  
  • Visiting Program: Students can enroll in up to six academic credit courses.
  • * Open to students enrolled at both partner and non-partner universities of SeoulTech.
  • * Participants will have the chance to take credit courses to pursue their studies for one or two semesters at SeoulTech.
  • * Students must be officially nominated by their home universities.
  • * Although students in the Visiting Program are granted the same status as exchange students, they are not eligible for tuition waivers.
 
Eligibility
  • Students who wish to study at SeoulTech must be:
  • - Have completed at least two semesters at their home universities.
  • - Be enrolled as full-time students at their universities.
  • - Be nominated as an Inbound Program student by their home institution.
  • - Be able to study either in English or in Korean for at least one semester (4.5 months).
  • - Not have studied at other Korean universities in the immediate preceding semester. (This requirement is due to visa issues.)
Study Period_2026/2027
  • - Spring semester:  3 March - 22 June, 2026
  • - Fall semester: 1 September -  21 December, 2026
  • - Spring semester:  3 March - 22 June, 2027(Tentitive)

  • - Online application (The application link will be sent to the student who are officially nominated by their home university.)
  • - Official Transcript
  • - A certificate of language proficiency(Enlish or Korean)
  • - Recommendation Letter
  • - Study Plan
  • - Copy of Valid Passport
